How do I know my autographed memorabilia is authentic?
At Dynasty Sports & Framing, we only sell 100% authentic memorabilia. Every autographed item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from reputable industry leaders such as JSA, PSA/DNA, Beckett, or Steiner Sports, or it is backed by our own Dynasty Sports hologram.
What is the turnaround time for custom framing services?
Custom framing orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project and current material availability. Once your item is framed and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you for pickup or shipment.
Do you offer international shipping for large framed items?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, due to the fragile nature and size of framed jerseys and equipment, international shipping rates and delivery times vary significantly. Please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy on memorabilia?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most non-custom items in their original condition. Please note that custom-framed items and 'final sale' event memorabilia are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I bring my own items into the store for framing?
Absolutely! We specialize in framing customer-owned jerseys, photos, and equipment. You can visit any of our retail locations to speak with a framing expert and choose your mats, frames, and layout.
How are items protected during shipping?
We use professional-grade packing materials, including heavy-duty boxes and specialized padding, to ensure your memorabilia and glass-framed items arrive safely. All shipments are fully insured for their replacement value.
